Securely pack your sneakers or apparel in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, or use a provided QR code at your chosen drop-off location.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
